Moon Boot is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Campaign Showroom Assistant
to join the team for the upcoming sales campaign. In particular, the activities of the role will be:

• Provide comprehensive support to the commercial team in daily operations, including scheduling sales appointments and handling back-office tasks.
• Manage client communication with professionalism and courtesy — in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Ensure the organization, upkeep, and presentation of the showroom, always maintaining the brand’s image and attention to detail.
• Work confidently with Microsoft Excel to manage reports, sales analyses, and data tracking.
• Support the team in using and updating CRM systems and sales platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency of client information.

The ideal candidate has the following characteristics:

• Previous experience of at least 2 years in Sales Support or Showroom Assistance roles, ideally within the fashion or luxury industry.
• Fluent English and proficiency in German (CH/AT/DE) or French, both spoken and written.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask in a fast-paced, international environment.
• A genuine passion for fashion.
• Collaborative mindset and a client-oriented attitude.
