Risk Manager/Analyst, Corporate Finance
- Collect, review, and analyze borrower financial information to ensure accuracy and completeness, and prepare advanced financial spreadsheets to conduct comprehensive credit risk assessments for complex financial structures.
- Meet with clients to clarify information, discuss analysis findings, address concerns, and evaluate ongoing risks to ensure financial and operational clarity.
- Meet timely with clients to complete loan modifications and loan renewals as needed to provide senior level support and guidance to credit analysts.
- Develop high impact, executive quality loan committee presentations with strategic recommendations on loan structures and draft precise term sheets for approved financing for the underwriting aspect performance in Middle TN.
- Manage and monitor commercial loan portfolios to ensure credit quality, compliance with financial covenants, and provide insights on performance analysis to inform management of credit risks and emerging trends.
- Maintain contact with high-risk borrowers to address deteriorating credit conditions, conduct on-site visits business performance, validate collateral, and assess broader macro-level risks.
- Oversee portfolio risk management, including leading and contributing to internal risk discussions, documenting borrower conditions, and managing special assets and charged-off loans with senior level oversight.
- Maintain accurate loan records in Salesforce and Sageworks as well as other systems, while collaborating with business advisory services to drive enhancements in portfolio reporting, risk analytics and data integrity.

Ability to provide excellent customer service with clients, partners, stakeholders and team members. Strong Microsoft Office skills including Adobe, and ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools. Knowledge of small business and commercial loan documentation, strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy, excellent written, communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with all levels of the organization, ability to meet or exceed business goals and objectives, while fostering a team atmosphere.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s Degree is required, advanced degree (MBA) or professional certification is strongly preferred. Five years of experience in job-related activities is preferred. Must have experience resolving and working through complex customer issues and the ability to perform in a fast paced, high demand environment while balancing multiple priorities.
