NHC Home Care Milan is looking for a Home Health Aide to join our team. The Home Health Aide (HHA) provides assigned functions of personal care to the patient in the home under the direction, instruction, and supervision of the Registered Nurse.

• Completion of ninth grade in school.
• Successful completion of a Home Health Aide training and competency evaluation program that meets 42 CFR 484.80 standards, including at least 75 hours of training with 16 hours of clinical training.
• MUST BE A CERTIFIED NURSING ASSISTANT.
• Provision of home health aide services for compensation since completion of the required training, without a 24‑month lapse in furnishing services for compensation.
• Current driver’s license, car insurance, and good driving record.
