We’re seeking a PRN Physical Therapist to join our dynamic in‑house rehab team. This position has guaranteed hours with weekends and the potential for full‑time PRN hours from January–March. Work alongside experienced clinicians in a flexible, innovative, and evidence‑based environment that prioritizes positive outcomes and patient‑centered care.
ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide high‑quality physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and progress evaluation in post‑acute and skilled nursing settings.
Qualifications- Positive, reliable, team‑oriented PT
- Graduate of an APTA‑accredited BS, MS, or DPT program
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Tennessee
- SNF experience preferred, but not required
