DescriptionProviding restorative programs to patients. Responsibilities include assisting patients with:
- Range of motion
- Ambulation
- Walk to dine program
- Toileting program
- Transfers and bed mobility
- Facilitating transitions between therapy and nursing
Qualified candidates must be able to follow oral and written instructions, chart accurately in the Patient Care Record, and possess a pleasant and cheerful personality.
