Restorative Nurse Aide - NHC Milan
Location: Milan, TN
Employment type: Full-time
Responsibilities- Assist patients with range of motion, ambulation, walk‑to‑dine program, toileting, transfers and bed mobility.
- Facilitate the transition of patients between therapy and nursing units.
- Follow oral and written instructions and chart accurately in the Patient Care Record.
- Provide compassionate care with a pleasant and cheerful demeanor.
