• Operate all equipment and manage workflow in the store.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, and take inventory.
• Clean equipment and facility daily.
• Receive and process telephone orders and take inventory.
• Maintain accurate monetary change and use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Navigate addresses within the delivery area, including multi‑story buildings and adverse terrain.
• Communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.
• Respond to the needs of the store and end a shift on a clean work floor.
• Work under varying and adverse weather conditions while delivering product.

• Must be 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record meeting company standards.
• Access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Possess navigational skills to read a map, locate addresses within the designated delivery area, and navigate adverse terrain including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and other delivery sites.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly (may use a calculator).
• Ability to make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers to rapidly and accurately make precise movements with speed.
• Ability to enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen.
