Staff Nurse (RGN) – Nights

Pay Rate: £21.00 per hour, paid breaks

Hours:

24 hours per week | Night shifts 8pm – 8:15am | Permanent

The Service: A nursing home providing nursing and mental health care for up to 29 residents, supporting older people and individuals living with dementia.

• Deliver high‑quality nursing care on night shifts
• Carry out wound care, catheter care, and venepuncture as required
• Lead and supervise the care team on shift
• Conduct staff supervisions and support team development
• Manage medication, care planning, and clinical records
• Support residents with older person care, dementia, and mental health needs
• Ensure CQC compliance and safeguarding standards

• Registered Nurse (RGN) with an active NMC PIN
• Strong clinical skills including wound care, catheter care, and bloods
• Previous experience supervising and managing care staff
• Confident leading a night shift
• Compassionate, reliable, and person‑centred approach

• £21.00 per hour
