Part-Time Operations Administrative Assistant

. Water Science Technologies, a company of Italmatch USA Corporation, seeks a highly organized and detail-oriented administrative professional to support our Operations Department. This role ensures smooth day‑to‑day operations and compliance with established procedures and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Enter orders into the ERP system.
  • Locate and dispatch carriers for loads.
  • Partner with Quality Control to complete certificates of analysis.
  • Perform customer service by following up on shipments.
  • Prepare production scheduling.
  • Submit purchase orders for raw materials, warehouse transfers, and finished goods.
  • Other office administrative duties as required.
Qualifications and Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in an operations or similar environment.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address issues.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs.
