Physician - Family Medicine​/Pediatrics

• Provide primary care to patients of all ages, from newborns to seniors
• Evaluate and treat acute and chronic illnesses, minor injuries, and perform clinic-based procedures
• See approximately 16–18 patients per day in an outpatient clinic setting
• Collaborate closely with Physician Assistants and Nurse Practitioners
• Provide newborn care and attend deliveries as needed (NRP required)
• Maintain accurate EMR documentation and contribute to quality initiatives
• Manage treatment plans, prescriptions, and referrals as part of comprehensive patient care
• Participate in community health initiatives and cross-functional collaboration with hospital staff

• MD or DO from an accredited program
• Board Certified in Family Medicine or Pediatrics
• NRP certification (required for both roles)
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Montana
• 2+ years of clinical experience preferred (but open to recent grads with strong interest in rural medicine)
• Passion for delivering patient-centered care in a rural community setting

• Full-time position with a 4.5-day workweek
• Competitive salary range: $260,000 – $280,000
