Customer Service Representative

We are actively recruiting individuals for part‑time or full‑time positions as business increases. The role focuses on customer interaction, order entry, and quality service. Flexible schedules are available, making it ideal for students or those needing a supplemental job.

• Operate all equipment and prepare products to company specifications.
• Maintain cleanliness of equipment and facility daily.
• Adhere to scheduled hours and a professional image.
• Provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone.
• Ensure accurate transaction handling, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
• Enter information into digital systems using a keyboard or touch screen.

• Must be older than 18.
• Must be available to work between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM.
• Must be available to work Saturday/Sunday or every other weekend.

• Varying weather conditions when removing trash and performing outdoor tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F to 90°F or higher.

• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

The role requires directing activities, performing repetitive tasks, working alone or with others, and managing stress while meeting strict quality control standards. Strong interpersonal skills and analytical judgment are essential.

• Talking and hearing on the telephone.

• Standing for most tasks, walking short distances.
• Lifting bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds; unloading delivered items to shelves up to 72" high.
