TITLE: CT Tech / Computed Tomography Technologist

What They’re Looking For

• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT) in the state and registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) required.
• Certified to perform Mammography or willing to obtain within 12 months of hire.
• Current BLS certification required.
• One year of previous experience preferred.

Hours And Compensation Potential

• 2 positions available: 1 day shift (4‑9 hour shifts, rotating on call and weekends), 1 evening/night shift (7 pm‑5 am, 4‑10 hour shifts with weekends).
• Range $63,400 – $95,000 plus full benefits and a relocation/sign‑on package.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Use specialized computerized x‑ray equipment to produce cross‑sectional images aiding radiologists.
• Assist physicians and radiologists by administering contrast media and performing procedures as needed.
• Verify patient identity, explain examinations, position patients, and perform procedures per established protocols.
• Operate CT equipment while observing proper radiation protection and precautions.
• Report any unusual concerns to the Modality Lead, Imaging Medical Director, or direct report.
• Assist with stocking and cleaning rooms daily, maintaining supplies.
• Document examinations and properly identify exams for PACS storage and review.
• Participate in quality control and quality assurance studies.
• Assist the supervising radiologist with administrative functions.
• Enforce radiation safety principles.
