Job Summary Performs independent and delegated nursing functions in accordance with State Board of Nursing standards. Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care. Continuously assesses patient health status and provides education and counseling. Delivers supportive and restorative care directly or through delegation, supervision, and collaboration. Carries out delegated medical functions and coordinates referrals as needed. Reviews, monitors, and documents treatment plans per hospital and regulatory guidelines.

Utilizes resources appropriately and promotes SCL Health’s mission, vision, values, and service standards. May float to other departments within scope and competency. May be placed on call during a regularly scheduled shift.
