Position: Demolition Operative - Burner (Permanent)
We are expanding our workforce specifically for our demolition site based in Milford Haven, Wales.

Work on-site will involve the demolition of bulk storage tank through hot works then removal of all steel work material from site. If you are experienced, then this is a perfect opportunity to grow your career and join a fantastic company.

This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with the on-site team.

There will be a pre-employment check prior to start date being agreed for any employees working on this site.

Job Overview:

* Mechanically dismantle and demolish bulk storage units and steel work

* Remove structures and materials in accordance with safety regulations.

* Ensure compliance with CSCS standards and maintain a clean work environment.

* Collaborate with team members to execute demolition plans effectively.

* Report any issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.

Responsibilities:

* Operate and maintain demolition equipment safely and efficiently.

* Conduct site assessments to identify hazards and prepare for demolition tasks.

Skills

* Hold a valid CCDO Demolition Operatives / Labourers Card

* Previous experience in the use of flame cutting / burning scrap metal

* Working at height experience in a mupe / cherry picker would be advantageous

* High level of attention to detail and accuracy

* Self-motivated, flexible, adaptable and eligible to work in the UK

* Proven track record of working within a team environment

This role is ideal for individuals who are physically fit, motivated, and eager to contribute to various projects within the construction industry while ensuring safety standards are met at all times.

Working Hours:

* Monday's 07.30am-18.00pm, Tuesday-Thursday 07.00am-18.00pm and 07.00am-10.00am on Fridays
