• Delivering an engaging syllabus and creating inclusive lessons
• Provide tailored support for pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) where required
• Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and engagement
• Help create a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment
• Support positive behaviour and promote pupil wellbeing
• Work collaboratively with teaching staff and the wider school team

• Experience supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) is advantageous
• QTS
• A positive, patient, and proactive approach
• Ability to build strong relationships with pupils and staff
• Passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
