• Serve as a senior engineer on the team supporting a shared services Jenkins infrastructure to enable continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) for product teams.
• Create, design, develop, and manage Dev Ops CI/CD pipelines using code management tools such as Git Hub and Dev Ops tools such as Jenkins shared libraries, Docker, and open-source tools.
• Provide the necessary support to establish and improve Dev Ops processes such as IaC, contribute to common shared libraries, test automation frameworks, and scanning frameworks to ensure data security.
• Leverage Python as a general-purpose programming language for data analytics in AWS cloud environments.
• Design and implement data and system integrations for consuming and sharing data across the OIG enterprise as well as with external agencies.
• Implement practical security improvements and compliance activities in support of the product and program.
• Work as a liaison between product teams and infrastructure teams at OIG on infrastructure-related discussions and troubleshooting.
• Be a trusted automation and tooling advisor for Dev Ops initiatives by providing objective, practical, and relevant ideas, insights, consulting, and mentoring.
• Recommend and implement industry standards.
• Manage self-directed assignments.
• Meet schedule deadlines and commitments with a high level of quality of deliverables.
• Collaborate with a team of cross‑functional resources in an Agile delivery environment.
• Train junior staff on cloud platforms, architecture, and Dev Sec Ops  best practices.
• Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills.

• U.S. citizen or authorized to work and have lived in the U.S. for 3 of the last 5 years. Must obtain a U.S. federal government client badge and pass a government Public Trust.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT or relevant discipline required.
• 10+ years of overall related IT experience required.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with the AWS cloud platform and services.
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience designing and implementing infrastructure shared services such as CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure security scanning, vulnerability management, system upgrade and patching deployment automation, etc.
• Hands‑on experience with containerization using Docker and IaC using Terraform or similar.
• AWS certifications such as AWS Solutions Architect preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• Knowledge of Agile framework, Scrum methodologies, and tools used to support them.
• Prior experience with OIG or other government agencies is a plus.
