Electronics Technician

The position is located in Windsor Mill, MD. CACI is seeking a dynamic, cross‑functional team member who will be responsible for testing, assembling, inspecting, debugging, reworking, and evaluating complex RF and digital circuit boards and assemblies during pre‑delivery integration, acceptance testing, and delivery phases of the product life cycle.

• Test complex RF and digital circuit boards and assemblies.
• Perform assembly and rework of components.
• Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues.
• Debug and resolve product faults.
• Evaluate products against specifications.
• Read and understand schematics and engineering documentation.

• U.S. citizenship.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience as an electronics technician.
• Ability to lift and carry 25–45 lbs.
• Experience troubleshooting RF and digital circuitry.
• Proficiency with multimeters, signal generators, spectrum analyzers, and oscilloscopes; working knowledge of RF or electronic warfare.
• Strong reading, writing, and verbal communication skills for following detailed instructions and test procedures.

• SECRET clearance.
• 5–10 years of component‑level troubleshooting experience.
• Experience with hand soldering of fine‑pitch surface‑mount parts.
• IPC‑A610 certification.
• Experience with electronic systems test and evaluation.
• Strong attention to detail.

Competitive salary based on location, experience, and skill level: $39,600 – $79,000 USD
