Position OverviewAs a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst you will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather, analyze, and translate business needs into clear and actionable requirements. Leveraging deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, you will bridge end users and development teams, ensuring alignment with strategic goals. The role requires strong Agile experience, collaborating within Scrum teams to support backlog refinement, user story development, and iterative delivery.
Responsibilities- Identify and validate clients’ business needs and Salesforce application requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring expectations and deliverables align.
- Support project managers with client relationship and deliverables management.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, process flows, and system changes.
- Work with stakeholders to define product vision and Salesforce application requirements.
- Attend and facilitate requirements‑gathering meetings to identify business needs, functional and system requirements.
- Perform UAT and post‑deployment testing to ensure accurate implementation.
- Provide regular, open communication across the program and stakeholders for transparency and awareness of progress and impediments.
- Understand, visualize, and manage upstream/downstream dependencies.
- Drive delivery and continuous improvement using feedback and metrics.
- Communicate requirements to developers, testers, and stakeholders.
- Demonstrate product functionality to stakeholders.
- Track and communicate project metrics, progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Prioritize features and epics on the program backlog.
- Write user stories and prioritize them based on requirements.
- Support effective change‑management practices.
- Create Salesforce training materials and guides.
- Ensure Salesforce solutions align with internal policies and compliance standards.
- Evaluate and recommend new Salesforce tools or integrations.
- US citizen or authorized to work in the US and has lived in the US for 3 of the last 5 years.
- Must obtain and maintain a US Government public trust clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field.
- 8+ years experience as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, IT Project Manager, or similar role.
- 6+ years Salesforce experience.
- Proficiency in Agile software development methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
- Exceptional analytical and translation skills for business to technical requirements.
- Agile certifications (SAFe or POPM preferred).
- Salesforce certification preferred (Business Analyst or Administrator).
- Exceptional facilitation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to break down complex requirements into actionable work items.
- Ability to work with engineering and analytics teams to discuss technical concepts, make tradeoffs, remove roadblocks, and evaluate new ideas.

Compensation and BenefitsCompetitive salary range ($50,000 – $120,000) and ($160,000 – $230,000) depending on experience, plus health and retirement benefits, discretionary bonuses, and reimbursement for professional development opportunities.
