Sr. Full Stack Developer; React​/Node

Location: Woodlawn, MD (100% Onsite, 5 Days/Week)
Clearance Requirement: Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust Clearance

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join a large-scale federal technology program supporting mission-critical enterprise applications. This position is ideal for a hands-on software engineer who excels at designing, developing, and deploying modern web applications using Node.js
, React.js
, and cloud-native Dev Ops practices.

The successful candidate will play a key role in architecting and building next-generation web solutions, mentoring team members, and driving software quality across the entire application lifecycle.

• Architect, design, develop, and implement modern web applications utilizing industry best practices.
• Develop rich, modular Single Page Applications (SPAs) using React.js and related technologies.
• Build and maintain secure RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js and Express.js.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile environments to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across front-end, middleware, business logic, and database layers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, backlog refinement, retrospectives, and demonstrations.
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Optimize PostgreSQL queries and database performance.
• Mentor junior and mid-level developers on Node.js and React.js technologies.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Support CI/CD and Dev Ops initiatives utilizing modern deployment pipelines.

• Experience working within large, enterprise-scale development teams.
• Experience resolving merge conflicts and managing upstream/downstream dependencies.
• Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.

• Ownership mindset with accountability for software design, development, testing, and delivery.
