Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk - Overnight ($750 Sign-On Bns) DC Dental LLC

The Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk is responsible for maintaining records of materials for the company’s inventory and customer orders, monitoring re-order points and initiating action to replenish stock, and reconciling discrepancies in inventories and notifying the supervisor of irregularities.
We are providing a $750.00 SIGN-ON BONUS for this position!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:- Enter data for quantities of supplies, inventory and cycle count adjustments into Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Make accurate adjustments in Warehouse Management System (WMS).
- Troubleshoot quantity discrepancies in Warehouse Management System (WMS) and notify appropriate personnel.
- Collect data with lot numbers and expiration dates of products.
- Record and monitor all items with shelf‑life on a regular basis and notify appropriate personnel when items have expired.
- Prepare reports and perform cycle counts and pick‑list counts as needed.
- Prepare and participate in regular physical inventory as needed.
- Check large orders for accuracy before shipping products.
- Other duties as assigned.

- High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
- One year or more of previous warehouse experience.
- Minimum of 1‑year work experience where Inventory Control was one of the main responsibilities/roles of the job.
- Must be detail‑oriented and able to pay close attention to accuracy.
- Able to analyze information gathered in order to identify potential problems or discrepancies.
- Ability to use a computer with basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to read and interpret documents as well as write basic correspondence memos and notes.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers.
- Ability to physically walk and be on one’s feet at least 8 hours per day.
- Previous experience with a Warehouse Management System (WMS) preferred.
The expected permanent work hours and workdays are 8:00 pm to 4:00 am (Monday through Friday). However, the initial work hours and workdays while training are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm (Monday through Friday).
