Chevrolet of Milford is seeking an experienced Automotive Bookkeeper/ Dispatcher/ Warranty Clerk! At Chevrolet of Milford, being family‑owned has its rewards. We're seeking a Dispatcher to manage the service workflow in our dealership's service department.

• MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE, DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE. NON‑QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.

• Dispatch work to the shop in an effective and efficient manner, also look up and code warranty repairs and invoice paperwork.
• Assist in the development and direction of the service team to drive the growth of revenue, technical productivity, and quality assurance and promote a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Distribute work to technicians based on skill level, follow up with techs on status of repairs, and maintain shop flow.
• Assign work to technicians, organize and prioritize service work, keep service advisors updated on workflow, and ensure accurate documentation and communication to GM / dealership standards.
• Review job status frequently, book technician flat‑rate times, review warranty entries with service manager, and ensure each repair is run through QC.

• AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICAL EXPERIENCE IS A MUST.
• MUST HAVE A STRONG LEADERSHIP SKILL.
• STRONG MS EXCEL SKILLS; TEXT & EMAIL A MUST.
• GM experience plus.
• DETAILED ORIENTED, TEAM PLAYER, STRONG ORGANIZATION and PRIORITIZATION.
• REYNOLDS & REYNOLDS A MAJOR PLUS.
• MUST HAVE AUTOMOTIVE KNOWLEDGE.
• ENDS EACH REPAIR COMPLETED RUN THROUGH QC.

Monday - Friday, 7 am - 5 pm, with occasional Saturdays for month end.
