Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Accountant to maintain the enterprise structure and general ledger in our Net Suite financial management system. This role involves consolidating financial data and reconciling accounts to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• Consolidate financial information from multiple entities for the preparation of consolidated financial statements.
• Utilize Net Suite and Excel to perform financial analysis, prepare journal entries, and support month-end closing activities.
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and analyze variances to ensure accuracy of financial statements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Net Suite and Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Ability to interact with managers, co-workers, customers, and vendors in a friendly and respectful manner, boosting productivity and keeping morale high.
