• Observe and report any changes in clients’ health or behavior to supervisors or healthcare providers.
• Support clients in engaging in recreational activities and social interactions.

• Compassionate and patient demeanor.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
• Prior experience in caregiving, healthcare, or related fields preferred.
• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR certifications (or willingness to obtain).
• Physical ability to assist with mobility and perform light household tasks.
• Reliable, responsible, and respectful of clients’ privacy and dignity.
