Annual salary: $57,304 - $74,161 commensurate of experience

Position Overview
Provide mental health, addiction, and case management services with clients to identify and attain their stated goals.
Duties and Responsibilities- Primary responsibility for planning and facilitating IOP group(s), insurance/treatment authorizations, ASAM documentation
- Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment to individuals, groups and families
- Maintain client records
- Provide case management
- Serve as liaison with outside services and referral sources
- Supervise, coach and provide guidance to Student Interns as assigned
- Perform any other department or agency-related duties or special projects as directed by supervisor
Masters degree in behavioral health field with associate license required (LMSW, LMFTA or LPCA).
Experience with groups and co-occurring disorders
Ability to work flexible schedule.
Knowledge of psychiatric illness and substance abuse.
Good communication and documentation skills.
Computer literacy.
Experience in counseling/therapeutic methods and practices.
Ability to prioritize and organize schedules/demands.
