Bridges Healthcare, Inc. has an immediate opening for an Adult IOP Clinician

Annual salary: $57,304 - $74,161 commensurate of experience

Purpose and

Position Overview

Provide mental health, addiction, and case management services with clients to identify and attain their stated goals.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Primary responsibility for planning and facilitating IOP group(s), insurance/treatment authorizations, ASAM documentation
  • Provide clinical assessment, diagnosis and treatment to individuals, groups and families
  • Maintain client records
  • Provide case management
  • Serve as liaison with outside services and referral sources
  • Supervise, coach and provide guidance to Student Interns as assigned
  • Perform any other department or agency-related duties or special projects as directed by supervisor
Qualifications and Competencies

Masters degree in behavioral health field with associate license required (LMSW, LMFTA or LPCA).

Experience with groups and co-occurring disorders

Ability to work flexible schedule.

Knowledge of psychiatric illness and substance abuse.

Good communication and documentation skills.

Computer literacy.

Experience in counseling/therapeutic methods and practices.

Ability to prioritize and organize schedules/demands.

Access to reliable transportation on a consistent basis.
