Overview
Production Manager – Milford, MA
A leading manufacturer in the Life Sciences sectoris seeking a Production Manager to drive operational excellence, safety, and team development at its Milford, MA facility.
Responsibilities- Champion a safe, high-performance work environment
- Lead production to meet Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery targets
- Drive continuous improvement and lean transformation initiatives
- Manage departmental staff, set clear goals, and support career development
- Oversee production planning, root cause problem solving, and KPI monitoring
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO 9001/13485 standards
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field;
Master’s preferred - 7+ years in operations, ideally in medical device, biotech, or electronics
- Strong leadership, project management, and continuous improvement experience
- Familiarity with SAP, Six Sigma, Lean, BoMs, and production routings
- Experience with P&L responsibility and performance metrics
$120,000 + 10% bonus + benefits
