At Alinabal, your work keeps production efficient, quotes competitive, and quality uncompromised. You’ll transform technical inputs into actionable costs, empower teams with clear numbers, and help drive continuous improvement across our operation.

• Create accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, and manufacturing processes derived from customer specs and engineering prints.
• Combine historical performance data with real‑time collaboration across engineering, production, and customer service to tighten estimates.
• Support engineering by parsing drawings/specifications to extract data and assumptions.
• Work with project managers and engineers to validate budgets and ensure financial alignment.
• Curate and update an organized database of current material, labor, and equipment costs.
• Contribute to proposals, monitor project budgets, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Surface cost‑saving ideas and call out risks with practical mitigation steps.
• Take on additional responsibilities at the direction of the VP of Engineering.

• Keen analytical ability and strong attention to detail.
• Solid math fundamentals and enthusiasm for numerical problem‑solving.
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes and estimating practices (preferred).
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Skill in interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• ERP literacy;
  Syte Line experience is a plus.
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset.

Associate’s Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline is preferred
. Candidates with relevant estimating or manufacturing experience are encouraged to apply.

• Physical Demands:
  Mostly sitting; occasional lifting up to 25 pounds.
• Position Type:
  Full-time, Monday to Friday, with occasional overtime.
• Travel:
  Minimal local travel may be required.
