As a Technician with Waltham Pest Services, after you complete our industry-leading training, you will help residential and commercial customers with their pest control issues. You will inspect attics, crawlspaces, and the interiors and exteriors of homes or businesses in our area. Treatments and solutions are supported by our Board-Certified Entomologists and seasoned management. You will also identify opportunities to offer our services to customers and contribute to a pathway for career growth.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School/GED or equivalent
• Current valid driver’s license
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Team oriented
• Ability to work independently

Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations including climbing ladders, bending, crawling, lifting, and carrying the necessary items throughout the day. You also need to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment (company paid):

• Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity
• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs. occasionally
• Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, rooftops, etc.
• Ability to work in all types of weather conditions
