We are looking for a professional banquet mixologist who has a passion for creating memories through their drink preparation and experimentation. An enthusiastic personality paired with the ability to work in a high‑paced environment is a recipe for success.

• Greet guests, answer guests’ questions, and recommend food pairings.
• Ability to mix drinks and experiment.
• Plan and develop drink menus.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring accurate charge and balancing the cash drawer.
• Maintain a clean work area, removing trash, clearing tables, and washing glasses and equipment.
• Adhere to federal and state age limits and hotel safety procedures.
• Limited kitchen and food preparation duties are expected.
• Basic computer skills.

• Have a keen eye for detail, time management, and great customer service skills.
• Pleasant and friendly demeanor.
• Knowledge of and adherence to all alcohol related law.
• Must obtain or possess the necessary certifications to serve alcohol.
• Ability to work as a team and independently.
• Flexible working hours.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision while meeting high‑performance standards.
• Physical mobility and stamina.
• Ability to follow instructions.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
