• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by being knowledgeable on all products and working with co‑workers to provide excellent sales service.
• Deliver outstanding customer experience while meeting operational expectations.

• Connect with every customer by asking open‑ended questions to assess needs.
• Learn and share product and trend expertise to fit customer needs.
• Stay aware of all product knowledge, current and upcoming products, and trends.

• 0–3 years of retail experience.
• Confident and comfortable engaging customers to deliver an elevated experience.
• Motivated to achieve great results driven by enthusiasm for customer interactions and athletic products.
• Initiates tasks or activities without supervision.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Rate of Pay: $17.35 / hour
