As a Box Lunch Sales Associate, you'll be a huge part of our success by providing the best customer service, ensuring that fellow fans can get their hands on the merch they love. You'll share your fandom knowledge, stock and replenish products, and help merchandise the store in a visually appealing way, all while being hyper-focused on the in-store experience.

• Provide an amazing shopping experience that will encourage customers to return. They'll be impressed by your product knowledge, customer experience skills, and use of the Force
• Cover the sales floor zone and ensure that assigned areas are up to visual standards
• Work the register - process sales transactions and drive add-on sales using benefits such as BOPIS and curbside pickup; assist with planogram changes including store map, wall, fixture, and merchandising mix
• Communicate fashion trend information to management and respective HQ partners
• Collaborate with Store Management to prevent theft and maintain store security
• Support the maintenance of the stock room and keep the store tidy
• Demonstrate teamwork and strong communication to get the job done
• Other duties as assigned by your Store Leader

• Previous experience working in a retail environment
• Passion for philanthropy and all things pop culture
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to navigate a store, merchandise products using approved equipment, and lift up to 50 pounds
