The Home Services division specializes in installed home improvement products, including siding, doors, roofing, kitchen remodels, cabinet refacing, bathroom remodeling, and heating and air systems.

As a Home Solutions Advisor (HSA), you will work in our local Sears store. Your primary role will be to approach members and customers to offer no-cost, no-obligation estimates for home improvement products. Opportunities to attend Home Improvement Trade Shows to generate leads may also arise.

Minimum requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 18 years of age or older
• Basic persuasive skills and ability to communicate effectively
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented
• Positive attitude and good handwriting
• Ability to work varied schedules and stand/walk for extended periods

Compensation and benefits:

• $10.50/hr base pay plus bonuses; average earnings $14-$16
