Overview

Experienced Automotive BDC Representative role at Key Cars Auto Group. Base pay range: $55,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr. This is a full-time position with potential for top pay based on performance.

• Handle inbound and outbound sales and service calls
• Set qualified appointments that convert to showroom and service visits
• Utilize Vin Solutions CRM to manage leads, follow-ups, and workflow
• Deliver a professional and courteous customer experience
• Work collaboratively with sales, service, and management to support store goals

• Minimum 2 Years Of Automotive BDC Experience Required
• Proven success in lead handling, appointment setting, and follow-up
• Strong phone and written communication skills
• Vin Solutions CRM Experience Strongly Preferred
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
