Business Development Representative (Major Markets)

ADP is hiring a Sales Representative, Major Accounts.

In this role, you will sell human resources technology within a designated geographic territory to cultivate new business opportunities and drive strategic discussions around Human Capital Management (HCM) initiatives for companies with 50–999 employees. You will manage complete sales cycles, sell ADP's suite of solutions (40+ products and services) to executives, and accurately forecast your sales pipeline.

What you’ll do
  • Close sales, win business, and reach sales goals across your territory.
  • Implement a sales strategy targeted to decision-makers and business owners to build a network and capture new business.
  • Deepen relationships across the ADP family by cultivating additional business within existing accounts.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, partner, and ADP ambassador to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of closing sales and managing a territory.
  • Positive, self‑starter attitude with ability to cold‑call, manage time, and present clearly in person, over the phone, and in writing.
  • Confidence to embrace opportunities, take risks, and challenge the status quo.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, resourceful, thrive under pressure, bounce back quickly.
  • Integrity and ability to build relationships, live integrity, and deliver on promises.
  • Two+ years of quota‑carrying, outside B2B sales experience.
  • Three+ years of relevant experience in HCM, technology, or related sales.
  • Military experience is welcomed.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Ability to build a network and effectively use social media for sales.

Compensation

USD $56,100.00 – USD $ per year, plus potential bonus, equity, or commissions.
