Lead Diesel Mechanic - Up to $5k Sign On Bonus

WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Lead Heavy Equipment Mechanic to repair and maintain our fleet of Heavy Equipment.

• Troubleshoot, diagnose and repair heavy equipment
• Reads and interprets Vehicle Condition Reports and repair orders
• Communicates with supervisor and equipment operators for clarification of maintenance needs
• Completes paperwork associated with repairing vehicles, documenting parts usage, and accounts for applied times
• Maintains a clean, safe work area in compliance with OSHA and organizational standards
• Trains and develops junior technicians
• Performs other job‑related duties as assigned.
• Maintain positive work environment by acting and communicating in a manner that fosters good relations with customers, clients, vendors, co‑workers and management.

• Equivalent of (1) high school diploma or G.E.D. certification and 4 years of related equipment maintenance and repair; OR (2) 6 years of related equipment maintenance and repair.
• Valid driver license.

• Handle tools, equipment, fine motor skills
• Reach with hands and arms
• Climb and walk on heights often greater than 4 feet
• Occasionally must be able to lift equipment weighing up to 50 lbs.
