Turf Equipment Technician

MTE is seeking to expand our service department and is looking for a motivated, experienced individual to join our team as an in‑house service mechanic at our New Milford, CT location. The primary purpose of this job is to provide service on equipment sold by MTE, including Jacobsen Turf Equipment, Husqvarna Robotics, Ventrac Tractors, Giant Loaders, and more. The candidate must be a highly skilled equipment mechanic capable of working on hydraulic, diesel, and electrical systems.

• 5 years or more general mechanical experience
• 5 years or more diesel engine experience
• Hydraulic/electrical repair experience
• Some certifications preferred but not required

• Physically fit to handle the demands of the job
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more from the ground
• Valid driver’s license
