Personal Trainer - Woodruff Family Y

Join the Central Connecticut Coast Y (CCCY) as a Personal Trainer, where you'll provide personalized fitness guidance and create a welcoming, supportive environment for all skill levels. You'll help individuals achieve their health and wellness goals by designing tailored programs, offering direct instruction, and fostering a sense of community. In this role, you'll play an important part in upholding the Y's mission to build stronger communities through health and wellness.

• Certification in personal training and relevant areas of expertise
• 1+ year of personal training experience preferred
• Ability to demonstrate proper fitness techniques
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• A passion for helping others and adapting to diverse needs
• Valid CPR/AED and First Aid certifications required
• YMCA Healthy Lifestyles certification (within 60 days of hire)
• Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
