This hospital maintains an organized operating room program with established perioperative workflows designed to support quality patient care delivery across a range of surgical specialties. The facility operates under a physician supervision model and seeks locum tenens CRNA coverage to address current staffing needs. The clinical environment supports a diverse and high-acuity surgical case mix.

Delaware offers a range of attractions suited to diverse interests. The state features coastal experiences along the Atlantic shoreline, including dolphin-spotting tours and sunset cruises, as well as historic estates such as the du Pont mansion at Nemours and the Winterthur Museum and Gardens. Cultural institutions including the Delaware Art Museum and Delaware Museum of Natural History complement outdoor pursuits available at state parks and golf courses throughout the region.

Clinicians in this role will provide anesthesia services under a physician supervision model during day shifts, on a full-time schedule of 5x8-hour shifts per week. The surgical case mix includes cardiac, thoracic, general surgery, orthopedic, OB, GYN, ENT, urology, endoscopy, neuro, vascular, plastics, pediatrics, and podiatry procedures. Call coverage is required for all clinicians in this role.
