OverviewFull-time position to provide trauma-informed services to individuals impacted by domestic violence. This position will support survivors through individual counseling and/or facilitation of support groups. In addition, the therapist will conduct biopsychosocial evaluations for individuals who have caused harm, and or are involved in civil or criminal court systems. Applicants must hold a master's degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field and be licensed-eligible in the State of Delaware (LMSW, LCSW, or LPCMH track).
Experience working with victims and survivors of domestic violence and individuals with trauma histories is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a commitment to client-centered, trauma-informed care are essential. The position requires limited travel and some evening hours.
