. This is an hourly, casual provider for per diem coverage in Wilmington, Delaware, with required travel to satellite locations (Deptford, NJ; Milford, DE; and possible PA locations).

• Provide pediatric audiology patient examination, evaluation, intervention, documentation, billing, and parent/caregiver education.
• Communicate and coordinate care with medical/clinical staff and outside agencies in accordance with departmental guidelines and Delaware Valley policies.
• Maintain clinical competencies as assigned to ensure patient care needs are met.
• Provide inpatient/outpatient coverage at various locations as needed.
• Consult with other services, families, and outside agencies to recommend durable medical equipment, home/school modifications, and appropriate follow‑up testing and care.
• Maintain knowledge of insurance referral/authorization processes and related documentation requirements.
• Complete all mandatory training (safety, infection control, corporate compliance, HIPAA, bioterrorism, CPR, program‑specific respiratory training).

• Doctor of Audiology (AuD) degree (Master's considered if licensed); minimum of a DE Audiology License required upon hire.
• Minimum of three (3) to six (6) months of clinical experience; pediatric audiology experience preferred.
• State of Delaware Audiologist License required; dual licensure (DE, PA, and/or NJ) preferred.
• American Heart Association BLS certification required within 6 months of hire and thereafter.
• Must submit proof of license or application within 2 weeks of acceptance.
