The Hertrich Family of Dealerships is growing, and we're looking for passionate, motivated individuals to join our team as Auto Sales Consultants. With 24 dealerships, 14 collision centers, and 18 automotive brands across the Delmarva Peninsula, we've been proudly serving our community for over three generations. • As an Auto Sales Consultant, help customers find the perfect vehicle and ensure an outstanding experience.
• Work with a team of dedicated professionals, supporting customers through every step of the auto-buying process.

• Communicate the unique value of Hertrich's offerings to potential customers
• Identify customer needs and recommend the best vehicles to meet those needs
• Conduct test drives and highlight the features and benefits of vehicles
• Build relationships and provide a personalized buying experience
• Maximize profitability with each sale while delivering customer satisfaction
• Complete paperwork and ensure accurate computer entries
• Follow up with new and returning customers
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus
• A self-motivated and goal-driven attitude
• A passion for helping customers find the right vehicle
• Excellent listening, speaking, and computer skills
• A collaborative and team-oriented mindset

• Ability to work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, Saturdays, and some holidays
• High school diploma or GED required
• A valid driver's license with minimal points
• A positive, enthusiastic attitude
