Location: The Learning Experience – Milford, MA

Pay: $21 per hour

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

The Learning Experience – Milford is seeking a dependable and enthusiastic Toddler Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Our toddler classroom supports independence, language development, problem-solving, and confidence through hands‑on, play‑based learning activities.

If you hold the required Toddler Teacher Certification in Massachusetts and love helping young children learn and grow, this is a great opportunity to join a supportive, mission‑driven childcare center.

• Create and maintain a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate classroom for toddlers.
• Implement The Learning Experience’s curriculum to promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Support daily routines including meals, toileting, transitions, and rest time.
• Build positive, trusting relationships with families through consistent communication.
• Collaborate with co‑teachers and center leadership to uphold EEC licensing standards and classroom quality.
• Encourage exploration, curiosity, and independence through engaging activities and interactions.

• Massachusetts Toddler Teacher Certification required.
• At least 6 months of experience working with toddlers in a childcare, daycare, or preschool setting.
• Strong knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred (training available).
• Reliable, positive, and committed to supporting the growth of young learners.
• Must meet all state‑specific EEC licensing requirements.
