Criterion Child Enrichment specializes in developmentally appropriate programs and services for young children and their families. Criterion is seeking a dedicated and passionate Occupational Therapist who will provide home and center‑based Early Intervention services to infants, toddlers, and families. Responsibilities include participating in screenings, assessments, child groups, parent groups, and consulting with team members on clinical issues to provide service coordination.

• Full‑time, Part‑time, and Fee‑for‑service (FFS) positions available.
• $5,000 Sign‑On Bonus – Full Time.

• Two (2) years of pediatric experience, preferred.
• Current licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration of Allied Health Professions.
• Current malpractice insurance.
• Valid driver’s license.
