Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – In‑House, Full Time

Base pay range: $34.00‑$40.00 per hour

Full Time, Part Time, or PRN positions available.

Assist in planning, organizing, and directing Physical Therapy services in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, ensuring quality resident care.

• Provide physical therapy services to residents in accordance with established standards and company procedures.
• Document and bill services per company and CMS requirements.
• Evaluate, plan, implement, and follow up on resident therapy programs.
• Conduct scheduled screenings to determine need for intervention.
• Obtain data for treatment planning and implementation.
• Perform specialized evaluations as indicated.
• Develop treatment plans with short‐ and long‐term goals.
• Communicate findings, plans, and recommendations to residents, families, and interdisciplinary team.
• Complete medically necessary documentation in Net Health EMR systems.

• Minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in applicable state(s).
• Maintain licensure and certification through ongoing continuing education.
