Role Description
This is a full-time on‑site role for a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist at Blaire House of Milford, located in Milford, MA. The professional will assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, and communication disorders. Day‑to‑day responsibilities include developing and implementing therapy plans, providing support to individuals with dysphagia, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to achieve patient care goals. Documentation of progress and communication with patients and caregivers regarding treatment plans will be integral to this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Speech Therapy and treatment techniques
- Knowledge and experience in addressing Dysphagia and managing related treatment protocols
- Expertise in identifying and treating Communication Disorders
- Ability to assess and provide therapy for individuals with Language Disorders
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively with patients, families, and care teams
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, along with required licensure for the state of Massachusetts
- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting is highly desirable
