Associate Behavior Therapist – Massachusetts
Beacon ABA Services is a private group practice of behavior analysts and behavioral therapists specializing in intensive behavioral services for individuals with developmental disabilities, with a focus on younger children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
We offer home‑based treatment opportunities across Massachusetts and treatment‑center positions in Milford, Rockland, Leominster, North Andover, and Chicopee.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $23–$27
- Up to $2,500 signing bonus
- $250 monthly bonus

- Deliver individualized behavior analytic plans to children in their homes.
- Play and conduct sessions following carefully created protocols to promote independence.
- Collaborate with behavior analysts, parents, and team members to maintain and refine treatment plans.
- Document session data, progress, and report to case managers as required.
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
- Bachelor’s Degree (preferred).
- Associate’s Degree (60+ credit hours) and at least 6 months of relevant experience.
- High School Diploma and at least one year of relevant experience considered for full‑time or evening opportunities (3:00 pm‑6:30 pm).
Paid training is provided for entry‑level candidates.
