Certified Nursing Assistant​/Home Health Aide

$19–$20/hr | Weekly Pay | 1:1 Home Care

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

We're hiring HHA, CNA, and experienced caregivers for 1:1 home care throughout Milford, Framingham, and surrounding Metro West and Worcester County communities.

• $19–$20/hour base pay
• Up to $22–$25/hour for premium shifts
• Weekly pay by direct deposit and employee discounts

We currently have morning, afternoon, evening, overnight and weekend opportunities in the Milford/Metro West area.

• Morning shifts: 8 AM–12 PM and 9 AM–1 PM
• Afternoon shifts: 1 PM–4 PM
• Evening shifts: 5 PM–10 PM
• Weekday and weekend shifts available

Per diem means flexibility. You tell us the schedule you can reliably work, and we match you with shifts.

Current shift opportunities may be available in Milford, Framingham, Ayer, Hopkinton, Franklin, Hopedale, Upton, Whitinsville, Holliston, Shrewsbury, Uxbridge, Bellingham, Holden, Worcester County, and nearby communities.

• 6+ months HHA/caregiving experience OR active MA CNA License
• TB Test & Physical within 1 year — can be completed during onboarding
• Valid driver's license + insured car
• CPR/BLS from American Heart Association or Red Cross — can be renewed during onboarding if expired

Current CPR/BLS and up-to-date medicals can help move your onboarding along faster.

This is a per diem HHA / CNA / Caregiver position — not full-time and not a fixed schedule.
