CNA​/HHA

SYNERGY Home Care is urgently hiring CNAs, HHAs, and PCAs in Milford, MA. We are looking for compassionate, reliable caregivers who are committed to providing quality in-home support and helping clients maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with short-hour and long-hour shifts for caregivers with different schedules and availability.

• $20 to $23 per hour

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living

• Help with mobility, transfers, and positioning as needed

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when necessary

• Provide companionship and emotional support

• Perform light housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home

• Follow individualized care plans and daily routines

• Communicate client needs and changes to the care team

• Active CNA, HHA, or PCA certification

• Previous caregiving or home care experience preferred

• Patient, compassionate, and dependable

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable working independently in a client's home

• Reliable and able to commit to agreed-upon shifts
