SAP Integration Manager – United Software Group Inc

Location: Milford, MA (Hybrid – 3days onsite 2days remote)

Job Description:

• Lead the planning and execution of ERP integration activities for mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless transition and alignment with Clients’ future‑state SAP S/4
  
  HANA platform.
• Develop and maintain an inventory of key merged company assets across people, process, technology, and data, enabling informed decisions on process harmonization and system alignment.
• Define and drive decisions on data migration, process harmonization, and system integration, resulting in efficient and value‑driven integration outcomes.
• Partner with business and IT stakeholders to design and implement migration roadmaps, ensuring timely and successful adoption of Clients’ SAP S/4
  
  HANA platform.
• Build strong relationships with merged organizations and Clients business leaders, fostering alignment, buy‑in, and trust throughout the integration process.
• Facilitate cross‑functional workshops and decision‑making forums, driving consensus and effective problem‑solving across teams.
• Support ongoing operations of merged company SAP ecosystems during the transition, ensuring compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and SOX regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12 years of SAP ERP experience, including proven program leadership roles ideally with a track record in M&A or divestiture integration projects.
• Advanced negotiating, conflict management, and influencing skills to drive alignment across diverse stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to provide strategic leadership in planning, designing, due diligence, and implementation of business objectives.
• Strong business analysis and stakeholder management skills, with experience facilitating cross‑functional workshops and decision‑making forums.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities, especially with executive audiences.
• Experience with SAP S/4
  
  HANA preferred.
