OverviewWaters is seeking an outstanding corporate attorney to join the Company in the role of Sr. Counsel, Corporate Governance and Securities. Reporting to the Associate General Counsel, Corporate Governance and Securities, this attorney will be responsible and accountable on an enterprise basis to lead or assist with legal strategy and execution for a variety of public company and subsidiary governance matters, including U.S. public company compliance, governance, and reporting, corporate finance matters, investor relations, and strategic transactions such as venture investments, mergers, divestitures, and acquisitions.
ExperienceThe successful candidate will have a J.D., admission in good standing to at least one state bar, and 3+ years of legal experience at a national or global law firm. Demonstrated expertise in public company corporate and subsidiary governance, securities, SEC reporting and corporate finance matters.
Location/RelocationMilford, MA (currently 3 days in office)
CompensationCommensurate with experience. The package includes base salary, annual target bonus, and benefits.
