• Oversee all aspects of eCommerce operations in-store, including order picking, packing, staging, and handoff.
• Lead and coach a team of 10-30 associates to deliver accurate, timely, and high‑quality orders.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean, organized department.
• Monitor performance metrics, manage slot capacity, and optimize scheduling to meet sales and labor targets.
• Manage eCommerce systems and coordinate with store leadership for cross‑training and resource allocation.
• Drive awareness and growth of eCommerce services.

  Basic computer proficiency. Understanding of food safety practices and retail operations.
• Abilities
  :
  Life up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Stand, walk, kneel, and crouch for extended periods. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Educational requirements
  :
  High School Diploma or GED required.
• Travel requirements: Minimal; primarily store‑based role.
• Other requirements
  :
  Availability to work 40 hours per week, including peak business times.
