Mainresponsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of eCommerce operations in-store, including order picking, packing, staging, and handoff.
- Lead and coach a team of 10-30 associates to deliver accurate, timely, and high‑quality orders.
- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and maintain a clean, organized department.
- Monitor performance metrics, manage slot capacity, and optimize scheduling to meet sales and labor targets.
- Manage eCommerce systems and coordinate with store leadership for cross‑training and resource allocation.
- Drive awareness and growth of eCommerce services.

:
Strong leadership and team motivation skills. Excellent problem‑solving and multitasking abilities. Customer‑focused mindset with strong communication skills. - Competencies
:
Ability to manage operations in a fast‑paced environment. Skilled in coaching and performance management. - Knowledge
:
Basic computer proficiency. Understanding of food safety practices and retail operations. - Abilities
:
Life up to 25 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally. Stand, walk, kneel, and crouch for extended periods. Work outdoors in varying weather conditions. - Educational requirements
:
High School Diploma or GED required. - Travel requirements: Minimal; primarily store‑based role.

Availability to work 40 hours per week, including peak business times.
